The Conservation Family Mission

The Conservation Family is dedicated to educating individuals about all aspects conservation including: conservation programs, news surrounding conservation, and a conservation minded approach to purchasing land. We will share photos and videos of our family enjoying land we purchased in 2023 to emphasize the importance of outdoors especially to children. So many people across the world do not understand the value of nature and we are here to help spread the word and create a family around conservation. We will provide content on social media, eGuides, and other services to bridge the knowledge gap for people interested in learning more about programs and turning a dream of buying land into a reality.

Get to Know Us

We are a family of four plus a red lab named Lily. Jenna and I (Luke) grew up in Minnesota and we both attended South Dakota State University. We both work in the conservation, farming, and ranching world, so when we started having children (Mack and Mya) we decided the best move to make was to purchase land. I have always been told, nobody makes more land and the best time to buy it was yesterday. I have studied many conservation programs over the years, so I told Jenna I think we can afford buying land. Sure enough 50 acres came for sale with potential conservation opportunities and we purchased it. Best decision ever!!
